Shipment processing time
We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delays may occur on occasions if high-volume orders are placed at the same time. If any significant delays are expected, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
We use various international express shipping methods, including Aramex, DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc. We calculate shipping charges by weight, and these fees are displayed at checkout. Please select a delivery option with delivery timescales that suit you. Unexpected delivery delays can occasionally occur once your order is in transit.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our carriers do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Because of this, we will cancel any orders placed at such addresses.
Please be sure to provide a correct home or business address when you checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once we dispatch your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking number(s). The tracking number may take 24 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. KraftPackagingfactory.com is not responsible for any import fees on your order.
We will declare the lowest possible value on your order to help minimize fees unless you requested otherwise.
We pack all items securely to ensure they reach you safely.
In the event of any damage during transit, KraftPackagingfactory.com will take full responsibility. If you receive any damaged orders, please take photos and save the packaging materials and damaged goods, then contact us for compensation. If the order is lost in transit, we will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and ship another same item to you or make a full refund.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
KraftPackagingFactory.com places customers’ satisfaction as its top priority.
If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us. We’ll be happy to help.
We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, or the total amount of the item will be refunded subtracting the charges for Shipping and Handling (S&H) within 15 days after your purchase.Outside of this time frame, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
You can return any order for a refund for up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive it, as long as it is returned in the same condition that you received it.
Please get in touch with us with your order number as proof of purchase to make a return.
Exchange and Refunds
Upon receipt of your item(s), we will inspect them and notify you that we have received the parcel. For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement products within three business days and provide you with the tracking number, as per our shipping process.
If you request a refund, we will inspect your return and immediately notify you on the status of your refund request. For approved returns, we refund back to the original PayPal account. We cannot issue payments to alternative payment sources.
For returns due to a mistake made by us, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs. For other returns due to exchange or refund requests, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. Outgoing shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping times will vary based upon your location. This applies to original orders and exchange requests.
If returning a package with a value greater than $75, please consider using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
