Where are you based and where will the goods be shipped from?
We are based in Shanghai China. All our products are shipped worldwide from our Shanghai factory. We use express UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, and DPEX. >>Shipping & Return

*Customers are responsible for import duties/taxes if charged by your customs area. We will declare a low value for shipping. Express shipped goods with a value under $500 USD sent to the USA will not be charged any Tariffs/Taxes.
How soon are products shipped after I place the order?
We aim to pack and ship all in-stock within 48 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your order in 7~15 days after placing the order in Covid-19.
Are samples available to check size and quality before placing bulk orders?
We can provide custom free samples for most orders, subject to you covering the cost of international shipping. You can make an In-stock sample request here.
What's the minimum order quantity for customized paper packaging?
Custom orders of our paper boxes, rigid boxes, and custom paper shopping bags have a general minimum order quantity of 500pcs per size. For new businesses, we offer a lower minimum quantity of 300 pcs. For custom cardboard tubes, our general minimum is 2000pcs per size, but again, we can also lower the minimum to 1000 pcs per size to support newer businesses.
What is the production time for customized paper packaging?
Custom paper packaging typically takes 5~7 days, though this can extend slightly for complicated orders. Mass production for customized orders will usually take 10~15 days.
